We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Canada* on all orders starting at $49 (before taxes and after promos) for our retail customers. A flat rate fee may apply under this amount depending on the province.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to United States on all orders starting at $99 (before taxes and after promos) for our retail customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped with Canada Post or DHL to the provided shipping address.
Your shipping rate will depend on the weight of the package and shipping address; estimate delivery time may vary depending on shipping destination. Please contact us for shipping quote.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:
For our wholesalers and other distributors, please contact us to learn more details on our products and minimum order for shipping.

The above-mentioned delivery periods are approximations and do not guarantee delivery if there are challenging weather conditions or circumstances out of our control. Once parcels have been picked-up by Canada Post, we are unable to make any changes to shipments.
Tracking - If you do not receive the tracking number of your order or your tracking number does not work after 72 hrs of receiving your shipping confirmation, you may contact our Customer Service. Please indicate your Name, Phone Number and Order Number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
P2P Beauty creates every product with care and passion. It is our intention to satisfy our customers.
Should you choose to return a product, please contact us via contact us form.

We will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card or form of payment for merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned unopened/unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, except for reasons due to manufacturer's defect.

We will replace item if it is defective or for any other reasons due to our error. All SALES items are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Exchanges are not eligible for promotions. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged more than 60 days after its purchase date.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns, refunds and/or exchanges. If a copy of the original invoice is not available, the invoice number must be quoted.
